Taskeb is the task management system for teams that need to know what actually got done. Assign work, keep a daily diary, chase follow-ups and verify every result, with everything synced to your own Google Sheets.
Replace the group texts, sticky notes and guesswork.
Most teams track work in five places and trust none of them. Taskeb puts assignment, daily reporting and sign-off into one system that managers can read at a glance.
"I texted him about it"
Every task has an owner and a deadline
Work is assigned in writing, with a due date, priority and department. Nobody can say they didn't know.
"I think it was done"
Done means checked
Staff attach proof when they finish. A manager verifies it before the task counts as complete.
"Where is that file?"
Every file is indexed
Documents uploaded against tasks land in Google Drive and appear in one searchable index for admins.

Questions
Common questions.
Still unsure? Book a demo and we'll set up Taskeb with your real departments while you watch.
Do my employees need a Google account?
No. Staff sign up with any work email. Only the company admin connects a Google account, which is used for Sheets sync and Drive file storage.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. Taskeb has an Android and iOS app for tasks, diary entries, follow-ups and photo proof, plus a web dashboard for managers and admins.
Who can see an employee's files?
Each employee sees only their own files. Admins can see every employee's files from the Drive index. Managers see work belonging to their own department.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your tasks, diaries and verifications are already in your Google Sheet and your files are in your Google Drive. They stay with you after you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Enterprise customers can contact us about paying by invoice.
What if we have more than 500 users?
Contact us. We'll set up a custom plan for your headcount with multi-branch setup, custom reports and a dedicated account manager.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and your records stay in your Google Sheet.
Can I add users in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes, up to your plan's user limit at no extra cost. If you need more, upgrade and pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle.
Can I export my data?
Your records are already in your Google Sheet and your files in your Google Drive, so you can use or export them at any time.

We built Taskeb because "I think it's done" isn't good enough.
Taskeb started inside a real company, as a Google Sheet, a set of forms and a lot of follow-up calls. It became the system that team runs on. Now we're making it available to every business that needs proof of work.
“Done means checked. The idea Taskeb is built on
Written beats rememberedYour data is yours
Our story
From a spreadsheet to a system.
Like most growing companies, we assigned work over phone calls and group texts, tracked it in spreadsheets and on whiteboards, and spent the end of every week asking who had actually finished what.
So we built a simple tool: every task written down with an owner and a deadline, every employee keeping a daily diary, every result checked by a manager before it counted as done, and everything saved to our own Google Sheet.
It changed how the whole company worked. Taskeb is that tool, rebuilt as a proper web and mobile product so any team can use it.
What we believe
Four ideas behind every feature.
These principles decide what goes into Taskeb and what stays out.
01
Written beats remembered
If a task isn't written down with an owner and a date, it doesn't exist. Taskeb makes writing it down faster than saying it.
02
Done means checked
Finishing work and proving it are part of the same job. Verification is built in, not bolted on.
03
Your data is yours
Your records sync to your own Google Sheets and Drive. You can leave any time and take everything with you.
04
Simple enough for everyone
Field staff, office teams and owners all use the same system. If it needs training to use, we haven't finished designing it.

This policy explains what information Taskeb collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web app and mobile apps.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, work email, phone number, company name, department and role.
Work data: the tasks, diary entries, follow-ups, comments, proof and files your team adds to Taskeb.
Usage information: sign-in times, device type, app version and activity inside the app, used to provide activity monitoring to your company admin and to improve the product.
Billing information: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
2. How we use information
We use your information to run the service, sync your records to your connected Google account, send reminders and notifications, provide support, process payments and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Google Sheets and Google Drive
When your admin connects a Google account, Taskeb writes your company's records to the Google Sheet and Drive folders you choose. That data lives in your Google account and is controlled by you. We only access the files Taskeb creates or that you select.
4. Who can see your data
Inside your company, access follows the roles your admin sets. Employees see their own work, managers see their department and admins see all company data. Outside your company, we share data only with service providers who help us run Taskeb, such as hosting (Google Firebase) and payment processing, or when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Each company's data is kept in a separate workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and access to our systems is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, your workspace data is deleted from our systems after 90 days. Records already synced to your Google account remain there.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time. Your company admin can export or delete company data. To make a privacy request, contact us.
8. California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us.
9. Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we will notify company admins by email before they take effect.

How to Run Follow-Ups That Never Slip, Even When You’re Out of the Office
Missed follow-ups cost deals, payments and customer trust. Here’s a practical system for tracking every promise your team makes, with reminders and escalation built in.
TTTaskeb Team5 min read
Most lost deals are not lost to competitors. They are lost to silence. A proposal goes out, nobody calls back, and a week later the customer has moved on. The same thing happens with overdue payments, vendor approvals and customer complaints. The first contact is handled well. The follow-up quietly falls through the cracks.
Follow-ups are hard because they live in the future. They are promises: “I’ll call you Monday,” “I’ll send the updated quote,” “I’ll check in after the delivery.” Promises made in a phone call or a hallway are easy to forget, especially when the person who made them is busy with today’s work.
In this article we will look at why follow-ups slip, what a reliable follow-up system looks like, and how Taskeb tracks every promise your team makes, reminds the right person at the right time and escalates when something is ignored.
Why follow-ups slip
Follow-ups fail for three predictable reasons.
They aren’t written down. A surprising number of commitments exist only in someone’s memory. When that person gets busy, goes on leave or leaves the company, the promise disappears.
They are written down in the wrong place. Sticky notes, personal calendars, notebooks and phone reminders all work for one person. None of them are visible to a manager or a colleague who could step in.
Nobody notices when they’re missed. Even when follow-ups are tracked, there is rarely anything that happens when a date passes. The reminder fires, gets dismissed and is forgotten.
The follow-up gap
A follow-up that only one person can see is a follow-up that only one person can miss.
What a reliable follow-up system needs
A system that works in practice has five parts.
A single place where every follow-up is recorded, with a date and an owner.
Reminders that reach the owner on the right day, on the device they actually use.
History, so anyone can see what was said last time and what the next step is.
Escalation, so a missed follow-up automatically gets a manager’s attention.
Visibility for owners, so they can see the promises the company has made to customers.
Taskeb was built with all five in mind.
Each follow-up moves through its steps. If a date is missed, it escalates automatically.
How follow-ups work in Taskeb
You can add a follow-up to any task, lead or promise in a few seconds. Each follow-up has a date, an owner and a short note about the next step. When the date arrives, the owner gets a reminder on their phone and sees it at the top of their “Due today” list.
Each follow-up keeps a thread of every step so far: the first call, the proposal, the reminder, the reply. When a colleague needs to take over, they don’t need a handover meeting. They read the thread.
If a follow-up is missed, Taskeb doesn’t just keep reminding the same person. After the grace period you choose, it escalates to their manager, who can reassign it, step in or check what happened. Nothing sits forgotten.

Structuring follow-ups as chains
The most useful follow-ups aren’t single reminders. They are chains of steps that match how your business actually works. For example:
Situation
Follow-up chain
New sales lead
Call 1 → Call 2 → Proposal → Decision → Escalate
Unpaid invoice
Reminder → Second reminder → Phone call → Visit
Vendor approval
Request → Review → Approved → Signed
Customer complaint
Acknowledge → Resolve → Confirm satisfied
Each step is visible on the follow-up, so a manager can see at a glance where every deal, payment or complaint stands.
What happens when you’re out of the office
This is where a shared system really pays off. When an owner or a key salesperson is away, follow-ups in a personal calendar simply stop. In Taskeb, they keep moving.
The reminder still fires, so the owner can handle it from their phone if they choose.
If they don’t, escalation hands it to their manager automatically.
Anyone covering can read the full history and continue the conversation without starting from scratch.
Your customers don’t care who is on vacation. A follow-up system means they never have to find out.
The owner’s view: every promise in one place
For owners, the follow-up list is one of the most valuable screens in Taskeb. It shows every commitment your company has made to customers, partners and suppliers, sorted by date. In a few seconds you can see:
Overdue follow-ups, which are the most urgent risks to revenue and reputation.
Today’s follow-ups, and who is responsible for each.
Follow-ups that have escalated, which tell you where the team needs support.
Many owners check this list every morning alongside the task dashboard. It turns a vague worry about “things falling through the cracks” into a short, specific list.
Checklist
Record every promise with a date and owner
Use chains for sales, payments and approvals
Set an escalation window you are comfortable with
Check overdue follow-ups every morning
Reassign follow-ups before anyone goes on leave
Tips for building the habit
Create the follow-up during the conversation. The best time to set a follow-up is while you are still on the phone. It takes seconds in the mobile app.
Be specific about the next step. “Follow up” is vague. “Send revised quote with 12-month pricing” tells anyone exactly what to do.
Close follow-ups properly. When a chain ends, mark it closed with the outcome. The history becomes useful later, when you want to understand why a deal was won or lost.
Review escalations weekly. If the same person’s follow-ups keep escalating, it usually means they are overloaded, not careless. Rebalance their work.
The results owners notice
Teams that move follow-ups into Taskeb usually notice two things quickly. First, fewer deals and payments go quiet, because every promise has a date and an owner. Second, the owner stops being the company’s memory. Instead of remembering who promised what to whom, they can look it up.
Follow-ups and customer experience
It is easy to think of follow-ups as an internal process, but customers experience them directly. Every follow-up is a moment when your business either keeps its word or doesn't. A prospect who gets the promised call on Monday morning learns that you are reliable before they have spent a dollar. A customer whose complaint is acknowledged, resolved and then checked on a week later often becomes more loyal than one who never had a problem at all.
Taskeb makes this consistency possible without relying on any one person's memory. Because every follow-up has an owner, a date and a history, the experience your customers get no longer depends on who they happened to speak to. It depends on your system, and your system doesn't forget.
For owners, this is also a powerful training tool. New hires can read the follow-up threads of your best people and learn exactly how they move a conversation forward: what they say, how often they check in and when they escalate. Good habits spread through the team without a single training session.
A quick self-check
Try this at your next management meeting. Ask each manager to name every customer promise their team made last week and whether it was kept. If the answers take longer than a minute or rely on memory, your follow-ups are at risk. With Taskeb, the same question is answered by opening one list, filtered by department, with every promise, owner, date and outcome in view.
The bottom line
Follow-ups are where good intentions go to die, unless there is a system to catch them. By recording every promise in one place, reminding the right person, keeping a full history and escalating what gets missed, Taskeb makes sure your team’s commitments are kept, whether you are in the office or not.
