Taskeb is the task management system for teams that need to know what actually got done. Assign work, keep a daily diary, chase follow-ups and verify every result, with everything synced to your own Google Sheets.
Replace the group texts, sticky notes and guesswork.
Most teams track work in five places and trust none of them. Taskeb puts assignment, daily reporting and sign-off into one system that managers can read at a glance.
"I texted him about it"
Every task has an owner and a deadline
Work is assigned in writing, with a due date, priority and department. Nobody can say they didn't know.
"I think it was done"
Done means checked
Staff attach proof when they finish. A manager verifies it before the task counts as complete.
"Where is that file?"
Every file is indexed
Documents uploaded against tasks land in Google Drive and appear in one searchable index for admins.
The product
Eight tools that work as one system.

Questions
Common questions.
Still unsure? Book a demo and we'll set up Taskeb with your real departments while you watch.
Do my employees need a Google account?
No. Staff sign up with any work email. Only the company admin connects a Google account, which is used for Sheets sync and Drive file storage.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. Taskeb has an Android and iOS app for tasks, diary entries, follow-ups and photo proof, plus a web dashboard for managers and admins.
Who can see an employee's files?
Each employee sees only their own files. Admins can see every employee's files from the Drive index. Managers see work belonging to their own department.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your tasks, diaries and verifications are already in your Google Sheet and your files are in your Google Drive. They stay with you after you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Enterprise customers can contact us about paying by invoice.
What if we have more than 500 users?
Contact us. We'll set up a custom plan for your headcount with multi-branch setup, custom reports and a dedicated account manager.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and your records stay in your Google Sheet.
Can I add users in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes, up to your plan's user limit at no extra cost. If you need more, upgrade and pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle.
Can I export my data?
Your records are already in your Google Sheet and your files in your Google Drive, so you can use or export them at any time.

We built Taskeb because "I think it's done" isn't good enough.
Taskeb started inside a real company, as a Google Sheet, a set of forms and a lot of follow-up calls. It became the system that team runs on. Now we're making it available to every business that needs proof of work.
“Done means checked. The idea Taskeb is built on
Written beats rememberedYour data is yours
Our story
From a spreadsheet to a system.
Like most growing companies, we assigned work over phone calls and group texts, tracked it in spreadsheets and on whiteboards, and spent the end of every week asking who had actually finished what.
So we built a simple tool: every task written down with an owner and a deadline, every employee keeping a daily diary, every result checked by a manager before it counted as done, and everything saved to our own Google Sheet.
It changed how the whole company worked. Taskeb is that tool, rebuilt as a proper web and mobile product so any team can use it.
What we believe
Four ideas behind every feature.
These principles decide what goes into Taskeb and what stays out.
01
Written beats remembered
If a task isn't written down with an owner and a date, it doesn't exist. Taskeb makes writing it down faster than saying it.
02
Done means checked
Finishing work and proving it are part of the same job. Verification is built in, not bolted on.
03
Your data is yours
Your records sync to your own Google Sheets and Drive. You can leave any time and take everything with you.
04
Simple enough for everyone
Field staff, office teams and owners all use the same system. If it needs training to use, we haven't finished designing it.

This policy explains what information Taskeb collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web app and mobile apps.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, work email, phone number, company name, department and role.
Work data: the tasks, diary entries, follow-ups, comments, proof and files your team adds to Taskeb.
Usage information: sign-in times, device type, app version and activity inside the app, used to provide activity monitoring to your company admin and to improve the product.
Billing information: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
2. How we use information
We use your information to run the service, sync your records to your connected Google account, send reminders and notifications, provide support, process payments and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Google Sheets and Google Drive
When your admin connects a Google account, Taskeb writes your company's records to the Google Sheet and Drive folders you choose. That data lives in your Google account and is controlled by you. We only access the files Taskeb creates or that you select.
4. Who can see your data
Inside your company, access follows the roles your admin sets. Employees see their own work, managers see their department and admins see all company data. Outside your company, we share data only with service providers who help us run Taskeb, such as hosting (Google Firebase) and payment processing, or when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Each company's data is kept in a separate workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and access to our systems is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, your workspace data is deleted from our systems after 90 days. Records already synced to your Google account remain there.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time. Your company admin can export or delete company data. To make a privacy request, contact us.
8. California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us.
9. Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we will notify company admins by email before they take effect.

Managing Field Teams Remotely: Photo Proof, Check-Ins and Same-Day Sign-Off
When your people work on job sites, in stores or on the road, you can’t see their work, and they can’t easily report it. Here’s how to give field teams structure without slowing them down.
TTTaskeb Team5 min read
Managing people you can see is hard enough. Managing people who spend their day on job sites, in customer homes, at retail locations or on delivery routes is a different challenge entirely. You can’t walk over and ask how things are going. You can’t glance at their desk to see what they are working on. And when something goes wrong, you often find out from the customer before you hear it from your own team.
Field employees face the opposite problem. They are doing real, physical work all day, and most of it is invisible to the office. They get calls asking for updates while they are in the middle of a job. They are blamed when a customer says a visit didn’t happen. And they rarely get credit for the problems they solve quietly on site.
This article covers how to give field teams structure that helps rather than slows them down, using three simple tools: a clear daily task list, photo proof, and same-day sign-off.
The three problems of field management
Almost every difficulty with field teams comes back to one of three issues.
Unclear assignments. Field staff often get their instructions through a mix of phone calls, texts and early-morning briefings. Details get lost, and jobs are done in the wrong order or missed entirely.
No proof of work. When a job is finished, the only record is the employee’s word. That is fine until a customer disputes it.
Slow sign-off. Completed jobs sit in limbo until someone in the office gets around to checking them, which delays invoicing and leaves problems undiscovered.
Jobs appear on the map, get completed with photo proof and are signed off the same day.
Tool 1: A clear “Today” list on every phone
Every field employee should start the day by opening one list that tells them exactly what to do. In the Taskeb mobile app, this is the Today screen. It shows each assigned job, the address or location, the due time, any checklist items and whether proof is required.
When the office needs to change something, such as adding an urgent job or moving a visit, they update the task. The employee’s list updates instantly and they get a notification. No more “did you get my text?”
1list per person per day
Instantupdates when plans change
Pushnotifications for urgent jobs
Tool 2: Photo proof, captured on site
Photo proof is the single most useful habit for field teams. Before leaving a site, the employee opens the task, taps Submit proof and takes a photo: the finished repair, the installed display, the delivered pallet, the signed paperwork.
This takes seconds and solves several problems at once:
Customer disputes are resolved with a time-stamped photo instead of an argument.
Quality issues are spotted by the office the same day, not weeks later.
Employees get credit for good work, with evidence that lasts.
Training improves, because managers can show new hires what a well-finished job looks like.
What makes a good proof photo
Show the finished result clearly, include anything that identifies the location (a unit number, a sign, the customer’s paperwork), and take it before you pack up.
Tool 3: Same-day sign-off
Photo proof only helps if someone looks at it. In Taskeb, every job with proof goes to the assigned verifier, usually the field supervisor or office manager. They see the photo and approve it or send it back with a note, often from their own phone.
Same-day sign-off matters for three reasons. It catches mistakes while the employee is still nearby and can return. It lets the office invoice faster. And it gives field staff quick feedback, which is motivating in a job where most of the work goes unseen.
Without sign-off
With same-day sign-off
Mistakes found when the customer calls
Mistakes found before the crew leaves the area
Invoices wait for paperwork
Verified jobs are ready to invoice
Good work goes unnoticed
Every job has a name, a time and a photo
Check-ins without phone calls
The daily diary works especially well for field teams. Ask staff to add a quick entry when they arrive at a site and when they leave. Over a day, this creates a timeline that answers most of the questions the office would otherwise call about: Where are they? How long did that job take? Why is the afternoon running late?
For the employee, it means fewer interruptions. For the manager, it means they can see the day unfold without picking up the phone.
The best field check-in is the one nobody has to ask for.
Handling the unexpected
Field work rarely goes exactly to plan. A part is missing, a customer isn’t home, a site is inaccessible. Taskeb gives field staff a simple way to flag these moments.
They can add a comment to the task explaining what happened, attach a photo and set a follow-up for the return visit. The office sees the update immediately and can reschedule, order the part or call the customer. Nothing depends on the employee remembering to mention it at the end of the day.
Checklist
Start the day from the Today list
Log arrival and departure in the diary
Submit photo proof before leaving each site
Flag problems with a comment and a follow-up
Supervisor signs off the same day
What owners gain
For owners of field-based businesses, the benefits add up quickly.
Fewer disputes. When every job has a time-stamped photo, disagreements with customers become rare and short.
Faster cash flow. Verified jobs can be invoiced the same day, instead of waiting for paperwork to make its way back to the office.
Better scheduling. Diary timelines show how long jobs really take, which makes future quotes and schedules more accurate.
A fairer workplace. Your best field employees finally have a record that shows how good they are.
Getting your field team on board
Field employees are often skeptical of new apps, especially if they fear being tracked. The key is to show them how the system makes their day easier. Emphasize fewer calls from the office, clear instructions, and proof that protects them when a customer complains. Keep the first week simple: just the Today list and photo proof. Add diary check-ins once those feel natural.
Making the office side work too
Field teams can only work well if the office supports them. Three office habits make a noticeable difference.
Plan the day before. Assign tomorrow’s jobs by the end of today, so every field employee opens a complete list in the morning instead of waiting for a call.
Put everything in the task. Addresses, access codes, customer contact details, parts needed and special instructions all belong in the task, not in a separate text. When the task is complete, nobody has to call the office for missing details.
Answer comments quickly. When a field employee flags a problem, a fast response keeps them productive. A reply within minutes often saves a return trip.
When the office treats Taskeb as the single source of truth, field staff quickly learn to trust it, and the phone calls between site and office drop to the ones that really matter.
Measuring what matters in the field
After a few weeks, the data your field team creates becomes a management tool in its own right. Compare how long similar jobs take across different crews, see which job types most often need a return visit, and track how quickly verified jobs are invoiced. Each of these numbers points to a specific improvement, from better training to more accurate quoting.
The bottom line
Remote field teams don’t need more supervision. They need clearer instructions, a quick way to prove their work and fast feedback. With a Today list on every phone, photo proof on every job and same-day sign-off from the office, Taskeb turns an invisible day in the field into a clear, trustworthy record, for the owner, the office and the people doing the work.
