Taskeb is the task management system for teams that need to know what actually got done. Assign work, keep a daily diary, chase follow-ups and verify every result, with everything synced to your own Google Sheets.
Replace the group texts, sticky notes and guesswork.
Most teams track work in five places and trust none of them. Taskeb puts assignment, daily reporting and sign-off into one system that managers can read at a glance.
"I texted him about it"
Every task has an owner and a deadline
Work is assigned in writing, with a due date, priority and department. Nobody can say they didn't know.
"I think it was done"
Done means checked
Staff attach proof when they finish. A manager verifies it before the task counts as complete.
"Where is that file?"
Every file is indexed
Documents uploaded against tasks land in Google Drive and appear in one searchable index for admins.
The product
Eight tools that work as one system.

Questions
Common questions.
Still unsure? Book a demo and we'll set up Taskeb with your real departments while you watch.
Do my employees need a Google account?
No. Staff sign up with any work email. Only the company admin connects a Google account, which is used for Sheets sync and Drive file storage.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. Taskeb has an Android and iOS app for tasks, diary entries, follow-ups and photo proof, plus a web dashboard for managers and admins.
Who can see an employee's files?
Each employee sees only their own files. Admins can see every employee's files from the Drive index. Managers see work belonging to their own department.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your tasks, diaries and verifications are already in your Google Sheet and your files are in your Google Drive. They stay with you after you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Enterprise customers can contact us about paying by invoice.
What if we have more than 500 users?
Contact us. We'll set up a custom plan for your headcount with multi-branch setup, custom reports and a dedicated account manager.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and your records stay in your Google Sheet.
Can I add users in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes, up to your plan's user limit at no extra cost. If you need more, upgrade and pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle.
Can I export my data?
Your records are already in your Google Sheet and your files in your Google Drive, so you can use or export them at any time.
Is Taskeb secure?
Each company has a private workspace, access follows the roles you set, and data is encrypted in transit. See the Security page for details.

We built Taskeb because "I think it's done" isn't good enough.
Taskeb started inside a real company, as a Google Sheet, a set of forms and a lot of follow-up calls. It became the system that team runs on. Now we're making it available to every business that needs proof of work.
“Done means checked. The idea Taskeb is built on
Written beats rememberedYour data is yours
Our story
From a spreadsheet to a system.
Like most growing companies, we assigned work over phone calls and group texts, tracked it in spreadsheets and on whiteboards, and spent the end of every week asking who had actually finished what.
So we built a simple tool: every task written down with an owner and a deadline, every employee keeping a daily diary, every result checked by a manager before it counted as done, and everything saved to our own Google Sheet.
It changed how the whole company worked. Taskeb is that tool, rebuilt as a proper web and mobile product so any team can use it.
What we believe
Four ideas behind every feature.
These principles decide what goes into Taskeb and what stays out.
01
Written beats remembered
If a task isn't written down with an owner and a date, it doesn't exist. Taskeb makes writing it down faster than saying it.
02
Done means checked
Finishing work and proving it are part of the same job. Verification is built in, not bolted on.
03
Your data is yours
Your records sync to your own Google Sheets and Drive. You can leave any time and take everything with you.
04
Simple enough for everyone
Field staff, office teams and owners all use the same system. If it needs training to use, we haven't finished designing it.

This policy explains what information Taskeb collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web app and mobile apps.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, work email, phone number, company name, department and role.
Work data: the tasks, diary entries, follow-ups, comments, proof and files your team adds to Taskeb.
Usage information: sign-in times, device type, app version and activity inside the app, used to provide activity monitoring to your company admin and to improve the product.
Billing information: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
2. How we use information
We use your information to run the service, sync your records to your connected Google account, send reminders and notifications, provide support, process payments and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Google Sheets and Google Drive
When your admin connects a Google account, Taskeb writes your company's records to the Google Sheet and Drive folders you choose. That data lives in your Google account and is controlled by you. We only access the files Taskeb creates or that you select.
4. Who can see your data
Inside your company, access follows the roles your admin sets. Employees see their own work, managers see their department and admins see all company data. Outside your company, we share data only with service providers who help us run Taskeb, such as hosting (Google Firebase) and payment processing, or when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Each company's data is kept in a separate workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and access to our systems is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, your workspace data is deleted from our systems after 90 days. Records already synced to your Google account remain there.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time. Your company admin can export or delete company data. To make a privacy request, contact us.
8. California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us.
9. Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we will notify company admins by email before they take effect.

Why Your Task Data Should Live in Google Sheets You Own
Your company’s work history is one of its most valuable assets. Here’s why keeping it in your own Google account gives you flexibility, security and peace of mind.
TTTaskeb Team5 min read
Every task your team completes, every follow-up they make and every result they verify tells part of your company’s story. Over months and years, that history becomes one of the most valuable things your business owns. It shows which customers are most demanding, which processes take the longest, which people consistently deliver and where problems tend to start.
Yet many businesses store this history in tools where they can’t easily access it, export it or keep it if they switch providers. When the subscription ends, the story disappears with it.
Taskeb takes a different approach. Your tasks, diaries, follow-ups and verifications are synced to a Google Sheet in your own Google account, and your files are organized in your own Google Drive. This article explains why that matters, what it makes possible and how to get the most from it.
The problem with locked-in data
Most software keeps your data inside its own database. That is convenient while you use it, but it creates three risks.
You can’t easily use it elsewhere. Want to combine task data with your sales numbers or payroll? You need exports, integrations or a developer.
You depend on the vendor. If the service changes its pricing, shuts down or simply doesn’t fit anymore, getting your history out can be difficult or incomplete.
Your records have gaps. If a tool only keeps a limited history, or deletes data when you downgrade, you lose the long-term picture that matters most.
Ask this about any tool
“If we stopped paying tomorrow, would we still have our complete history in a format we can use?”
Every task, diary entry and verification flows into your own Google Sheet as it happens.
How Taskeb syncs your data
When an admin connects your company’s Google account, Taskeb writes to a Google Sheet you choose or creates a new one. Separate tabs hold different kinds of records:
Tab
What it contains
Tasks
Every task with owner, department, due date, status and verifier
Diary
Every diary entry with time, person and linked task
Follow-ups
Every follow-up, its steps, dates and outcome
Files
An index of uploaded files with links to Google Drive
The sync is live. When a task is created, updated or verified in Taskeb, the matching row in your sheet updates too. There is nothing to export and nothing to remember.
Livetwo-way sync
4organized tabs
100%of your history in your account
What you can do with your own data
Because the data is in a regular Google Sheet, you can use all the tools you already know.
Build your own reports. Use pivot tables to see tasks completed per department per month, or average time from assignment to verification.
Share with the right people. Give your accountant read access to the verification log, or share a filtered view with a client.
Combine with other data. Pull in sales figures, payroll hours or customer feedback and look for patterns across the whole business.
Keep a permanent archive. Your sheet keeps growing for as long as you use Taskeb, and it stays yours afterward.
Your task history should be an asset you control, not a record you rent.
Security and control
Keeping data in your own Google account also means it follows your security policies. You decide who can open the sheet, you can turn on two-step verification for your Google account, and you can see access history through Google’s own tools.
Inside Taskeb, access still follows roles. Employees only see their own work in the app, managers see their department, and admins see everything. The Google Sheet is controlled by whoever manages your Google account, usually the owner.
Files organized automatically
Documents and photos attached to tasks are stored in your Google Drive, organized into folders by department and employee. Admins can search every file from Taskeb’s file index, while employees only see their own. When someone leaves the company, their files stay in your Drive, organized and searchable, instead of disappearing with their laptop.

Practical reports owners love
Here are a few simple reports owners often build from their Taskeb sheet in under an hour:
On-time rate by department: the share of tasks verified by their due date.
Verification turnaround: how long finished work waits for approval, by manager.
Follow-up conversion: how many sales follow-up chains end in a won deal.
Recurring task health: which routine tasks are most often late.
These reports turn day-to-day activity into insight you can act on at your next management meeting.
What happens if you leave
We believe you should use Taskeb because it helps, not because it is hard to leave. If you ever cancel, your Google Sheet and Drive folders remain exactly where they are, with your complete history. You can keep using the data, archive it or move it into another system.
Getting started
Connecting takes a few minutes. An admin opens Sheets sync in Taskeb, signs in with the company Google account and chooses a sheet. From that moment, every change is recorded automatically. If you already have historical data in spreadsheets, you can keep it in separate tabs of the same file so everything lives in one place.
Questions owners often ask
Does syncing slow anything down? No. The sync happens in the background. Your team keeps working in Taskeb as usual, and the sheet updates within moments.
Can I edit the sheet directly? You can add your own tabs, formulas and charts freely. The synced tabs are best left as a record, so treat them as read-only and build your analysis alongside them.
What if we already use a different Google account for each person? Only the admin needs to connect a Google account. Employees can sign in to Taskeb with any work email and never touch the sheet themselves.
Is my data shared with anyone else? No. Your sheet and Drive folders live in your Google account and follow the sharing settings you choose. Taskeb only accesses the files it creates or that you select.
Turning records into better decisions
The real value of owning your data shows up over time. After a few months, your sheet becomes a detailed picture of how your company works. You can see which months are busiest and plan staffing ahead. You can see which customers need the most follow-ups and price your services accordingly. You can see which processes are consistently late and redesign them. Decisions that used to be based on gut feeling can now be based on your own records.
A note for accountants and auditors
Accountants and auditors often need evidence that work was done and approved, not just that it was planned. Because every verified task in your sheet includes the owner, the verifier and the date of approval, you can give your accountant read-only access to a single tab and answer most of their questions without pulling reports by hand. For businesses that handle client money, safety checks or regulated processes, this simple, consistent trail can save hours at the end of every quarter and makes year-end reviews far less stressful for everyone involved.
The bottom line
Your company’s work history is too valuable to lock away in someone else’s system. By syncing every task, diary entry, follow-up and verification to a Google Sheet you own, Taskeb gives you a complete, flexible and permanent record of how your business runs, and the freedom to use it however you like.
