Taskeb is the task management system for teams that need to know what actually got done. Assign work, keep a daily diary, chase follow-ups and verify every result, with everything synced to your own Google Sheets.
Replace the group texts, sticky notes and guesswork.
Most teams track work in five places and trust none of them. Taskeb puts assignment, daily reporting and sign-off into one system that managers can read at a glance.
"I texted him about it"
Every task has an owner and a deadline
Work is assigned in writing, with a due date, priority and department. Nobody can say they didn't know.
"I think it was done"
Done means checked
Staff attach proof when they finish. A manager verifies it before the task counts as complete.
"Where is that file?"
Every file is indexed
Documents uploaded against tasks land in Google Drive and appear in one searchable index for admins.

Questions
Common questions.
Still unsure? Book a demo and we'll set up Taskeb with your real departments while you watch.
Do my employees need a Google account?
No. Staff sign up with any work email. Only the company admin connects a Google account, which is used for Sheets sync and Drive file storage.
Can my team use it on their phones?
Yes. Taskeb has an Android and iOS app for tasks, diary entries, follow-ups and photo proof, plus a web dashboard for managers and admins.
Who can see an employee's files?
Each employee sees only their own files. Admins can see every employee's files from the Drive index. Managers see work belonging to their own department.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your tasks, diaries and verifications are already in your Google Sheet and your files are in your Google Drive. They stay with you after you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Enterprise customers can contact us about paying by invoice.
What if we have more than 500 users?
Contact us. We'll set up a custom plan for your headcount with multi-branch setup, custom reports and a dedicated account manager.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only and your records stay in your Google Sheet.
Can I add users in the middle of a billing cycle?
Yes, up to your plan's user limit at no extra cost. If you need more, upgrade and pay only the difference for the rest of the cycle.
Can I export my data?
Your records are already in your Google Sheet and your files in your Google Drive, so you can use or export them at any time.
Is Taskeb secure?
Each company has a private workspace, access follows the roles you set, and data is encrypted in transit. See the Security page for details.

We built Taskeb because "I think it's done" isn't good enough.
Taskeb started inside a real company, as a Google Sheet, a set of forms and a lot of follow-up calls. It became the system that team runs on. Now we're making it available to every business that needs proof of work.
“Done means checked. The idea Taskeb is built on
Written beats rememberedYour data is yours
Our story
From a spreadsheet to a system.
Like most growing companies, we assigned work over phone calls and group texts, tracked it in spreadsheets and on whiteboards, and spent the end of every week asking who had actually finished what.
So we built a simple tool: every task written down with an owner and a deadline, every employee keeping a daily diary, every result checked by a manager before it counted as done, and everything saved to our own Google Sheet.
It changed how the whole company worked. Taskeb is that tool, rebuilt as a proper web and mobile product so any team can use it.
What we believe
Four ideas behind every feature.
These principles decide what goes into Taskeb and what stays out.
01
Written beats remembered
If a task isn't written down with an owner and a date, it doesn't exist. Taskeb makes writing it down faster than saying it.
02
Done means checked
Finishing work and proving it are part of the same job. Verification is built in, not bolted on.
03
Your data is yours
Your records sync to your own Google Sheets and Drive. You can leave any time and take everything with you.
04
Simple enough for everyone
Field staff, office teams and owners all use the same system. If it needs training to use, we haven't finished designing it.

This policy explains what information Taskeb collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to our website, web app and mobile apps.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, work email, phone number, company name, department and role.
Work data: the tasks, diary entries, follow-ups, comments, proof and files your team adds to Taskeb.
Usage information: sign-in times, device type, app version and activity inside the app, used to provide activity monitoring to your company admin and to improve the product.
Billing information: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
2. How we use information
We use your information to run the service, sync your records to your connected Google account, send reminders and notifications, provide support, process payments and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Google Sheets and Google Drive
When your admin connects a Google account, Taskeb writes your company's records to the Google Sheet and Drive folders you choose. That data lives in your Google account and is controlled by you. We only access the files Taskeb creates or that you select.
4. Who can see your data
Inside your company, access follows the roles your admin sets. Employees see their own work, managers see their department and admins see all company data. Outside your company, we share data only with service providers who help us run Taskeb, such as hosting (Google Firebase) and payment processing, or when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Each company's data is kept in a separate workspace. Data is encrypted in transit and access to our systems is restricted to authorized staff.
6. Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, your workspace data is deleted from our systems after 90 days. Records already synced to your Google account remain there.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time. Your company admin can export or delete company data. To make a privacy request, contact us.
8. California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us.
9. Changes
If we make important changes to this policy, we will notify company admins by email before they take effect.

Growth
Scaling from 5 to 100 Employees Without Losing Control
What worked with five people breaks at twenty and collapses at fifty. Here’s how owners keep clarity, accountability and quality as the team grows, stage by stage.
TTTaskeb Team5 min read
Growth is the goal of almost every business. But growing the team brings a problem most owners don’t see coming: the ways of working that got you here start to break. What was effortless with five people becomes messy at twenty and nearly impossible at fifty.
At five people, you know what everyone is doing because you are in the room. At twenty, you rely on a few trusted people to keep you informed. At fifty, you realize you no longer really know what is happening in parts of your own company. Quality slips, customers notice, and the owner spends more time firefighting than leading.
This article walks through the stages of growth from 5 to 100 employees, what typically breaks at each stage, and how to keep control without becoming the bottleneck, using Taskeb as the backbone.
Stage 1: 5 to 15 people. The owner is the system
In the early days, the owner is the system. Tasks are assigned verbally or in chat. Quality is maintained because the owner checks almost everything. Everyone knows who to ask, because it is usually the owner.
What starts to break: the owner’s time. As requests multiply, the owner becomes the bottleneck for decisions, approvals and answers.
What to put in place now:
Move task assignment into Taskeb so every job has an owner and a due date.
Start daily diaries, so you can see the work without asking.
Record follow-ups for every customer promise.
Why start early
Systems are easiest to introduce when the team is small. Habits formed at ten people carry naturally to fifty.
As the team grows, the system scales with it: more people, more departments, the same clear picture.
Stage 2: 15 to 40 people. Managers emerge
Somewhere in this range, the owner can no longer oversee everyone directly. The first managers or team leads appear, often promoted from within. This is a critical transition, because new managers rarely get training in how to manage.
What starts to break: consistency. Each manager runs their team differently. Some track work carefully, others rely on memory. The owner loses a single view of the business.
What to put in place now:
Create departments in Taskeb and assign each manager to their team.
Make managers the verifiers for their department’s work.
Give each manager the weekly review routine so every team is checked the same way.

Weeklysummary for the owner
Stage 3: 40 to 70 people. The owner needs a dashboard, not a phone
At this stage, the owner can’t rely on conversations to understand the business. There are too many people, too many projects and too many locations. Information arrives filtered, late or not at all.
What starts to break: visibility. Problems travel up slowly through layers of management, and by the time the owner hears about them, they are already costly.
What to put in place now:
Use the admin dashboard as your daily view: overdue work, verification bottlenecks and escalated follow-ups across every department.
Turn on the weekly performance summary email.
Use activity monitoring to spot departments or people who are overloaded.
Build a few simple reports from your Google Sheet: on-time rate by department and verification turnaround by manager.
At fifty people, the owner’s job shifts from doing and checking to seeing and deciding.
Stage 4: 70 to 100 people. Multiple locations and layers
Many businesses at this size have more than one location, several layers of management and specialist teams. Onboarding becomes constant, and knowledge walks out the door every time someone leaves.
What starts to break: continuity. When people change roles or leave, their open work and knowledge disappear with them.
What to put in place now:
Use multi-level verification for high-risk work: manager approval followed by admin approval.
Standardize recurring tasks across locations so every site follows the same routines.
Make sure every file is attached to tasks and stored in the Drive index, not on personal laptops.
Reassign open tasks and follow-ups in one step whenever someone leaves.

What stays the same at every stage
While the challenges change, the fundamentals don’t. At every size, a well-run business needs the same four things:
Every task has one owner and a due date.
Progress is visible without asking.
Promises to customers are tracked until they are kept.
Results are checked before they count as done.
Taskeb is built around exactly these principles, which is why the same system works for a five-person startup and a hundred-person company. You don’t need to switch tools as you grow. You simply use more of it.

Choosing the right plan as you grow
Taskeb’s plans follow these stages. Starter covers up to 5 users while you set up the basics. Basic supports up to 20 users as your first managers appear. Business supports up to 100 users with multi-level verification and full activity monitoring. Enterprise covers up to 500 users for multi-location groups. You can upgrade at any time, and your history, departments and settings come with you.
Hiring faster without losing quality
Rapid growth usually means hiring in batches, and every new person needs to learn how work is done. Without a system, that knowledge lives in the heads of your most experienced employees, who are also your busiest. New hires either interrupt them constantly or learn by making mistakes.
With Taskeb, much of that knowledge is already written down. Recurring tasks show exactly what needs to happen and when. Past tasks show what good work looks like, complete with proof. Follow-up threads show how experienced colleagues handle customers. A new employee can read through their department's recent work and understand the rhythm of the team in a few days instead of a few months, and managers can verify their first tasks closely until they are confident.
Signs you are ready for the next stage
It is easy to miss the moment when a business moves from one stage to the next. A few signals suggest it is time to add more structure.
You are verifying work you no longer understand in detail. That means it is time to make managers the verifiers for their teams.
Two departments keep needing the same information from each other. Shared recurring tasks or follow-ups can replace the constant back-and-forth.
Your weekly review takes longer every week. The owner's review should stay around thirty minutes. If it is growing, more of it should move to managers.
New hires ask the same questions. Turn the answers into recurring tasks and clear task descriptions so the system does the teaching.
Acting on these signals early keeps growth feeling controlled instead of chaotic, and gives your managers room to lead before problems force the issue.
The bottom line
Growing from 5 to 100 employees changes almost everything about how a business runs. What worked by instinct and conversation must eventually work by design. By putting clear ownership, visible progress, tracked follow-ups and verified results in place early, and adding departments, dashboards and multi-level sign-off as you grow, you can scale the team without losing control of the business you built.
